Fabricgenie Fabrics strives to satisfy our customers by providing the highest quality in designer fabrics. From time to time, defects in fabrics may be found. In these cases, we strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as the defect is noticed. After 15 days from your original invoice date we will no longer consider items for return.
In order to receive a full refund, a returned material authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the original order invoice must accompany the returned item. We, at Fabricgenie, reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut or altered. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within two to three days after receiveing the items. Original shipping cost will be refunded on defective items only. Fabricgenie is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases Fabricgenie is willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem.
Fabricgenie Fabrics does not exchange items. We strongly suggest that you purchase a swatch of the desired Fabrics for a small fee before purchasing the material.
Special Order items cannot be returned, under any circumstances.
